Refund policy

Due to its perishable nature, we cannot accept any returns on coffee. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you encounter any issues with your coffee, or notice errors in your order, please contact us at sales@berrybleucoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

We'll gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective or unused items. All returns or exchanges on any merchandise (non-coffee) must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. 

Please email your order number, name, the reason for return, the item and quantity you wish to return to sales@berrybleucoffee.com. We will contact you with information on how you will proceed, so that your return can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of shipping.

We are happy to replace any items damaged in transit. However, we will need a photo of the damage and the original order to process your exchange.
